At Global Coaching Network, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to help you achieve your professional and personal goals. To maintain the integrity of our coaching programs and ensure fair treatment for all clients, we have established the following No Refund Policy for coaching sessions:

1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for coaching sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, single sessions, bundled sessions, and subscription-based services. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded for any reason.

2. Session Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund.

3. Session Cancellations: In the event that you need to cancel a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. While we do not offer refunds for canceled sessions, we will work with you to reschedule the session if proper notice is given. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without the option to reschedule.

4. No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice (no-show), the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Program Termination: In rare cases where the coaching relationship must be terminated by either party, any remaining sessions in a prepaid package may be forfeited. No refunds will be provided for any unused sessions.

6. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. In such cases, please contact us to discuss your situation. While refunds are not typically provided, we will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions at our discretion.
